  • 2 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the marinade for the chicken. In a small mixing bowl, combine the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
