  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper
  • 200 milliliters Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Cut the boneless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Add lemon juice and salt to the chicken, mix well to coat, and let it sit for 10 minutes to tenderize.
