  • 1 whole avocado, diced
  • 0.5 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 cup salsa (dairy-free)

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the marinade for the chicken. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
