  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the onion, garlic, fresh ginger, green chili, cilantro, and mint leaves. Alternatively, use a food processor to pulse these ingredients until finely chopped but not pasty.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken with the chopped ingredients. Add the ground cumin, ground coriander, red chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
