  • 1 package dairy-free puff pastry sheets
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon non-dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon egg substitute
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Finely chop the onion, garlic, and bell pepper.

Step 3

In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 4-5 minutes.
