  • 2 pieces Whole wheat wrap or tortilla
  • 4 tablespoons Dairy-free pesto
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 medium Sliced avocado
  • 8 pieces Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.25 medium Red onion

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the chicken. Pat the chicken breast dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Once the oil is hot, place the chicken breast in the skillet.

Step 3

Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into strips.
