Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup Nutritional yeast
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1.5 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Dairy-free mozzarella cheese
  • 4 pieces Sub rolls
  • 8 leaves Fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally to create 4 thin cutlets. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

In a shallow dish, mix the bread crumbs and nutritional yeast together.
