  • 4 pieces Whole wheat pita bread
  • 1 cup Sliced cucumber
  • 1 cup Sliced tomato
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 clove Minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and water to create a marinade.
