  • 0.25 cup tahini
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (for sauce)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced (for sauce)
  • 0.25 tsp salt (for sauce)

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.
