Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts

  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pieces lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to about 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin.

In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix them with unsweetened almond milk.
