  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro
  • 0.25 cup salsa

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the chicken. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.

Step 2

Season the chicken strips with ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until fully cooked and lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Slice the bell pepper and onion into thin strips and add them to the pan.
