  • 4 buns Gluten-free burger buns
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 4 slices Dairy-free cheese slices
  • 4 tablespoons Vegan mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons Ketchup

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Divide the chicken mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 1 inch thick.
