Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat wraps
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 cup Canned coconut milk (full fat)
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Capers
  • 1 minced Garlic clove

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Rub the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3

Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
