  • 8 sheets rice paper
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 8 small lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

Start by dicing the boneless chicken breast into small cubes.

Step 2

Finely chop the red onion, garlic cloves, and green bell pepper.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook for about 5 minutes until it starts to brown.

Step 4

Add the chopped red onion, garlic, and green bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for another 3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
