  • 2 tbsp Tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the plant-based ground 'beef', finely chopped red onion, minced garlic, gluten-free breadcrumbs, and dairy-free cheese shreds.

Step 2

Add the Dijon mustard, tamari, smoked paprika, ground black pepper, and salt to the bowl.

Step 3

Using your hands, mix all the ingredients together until they are well combined and the mixture holds together well.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape each part into a patty, about 1 inch thick.
