Ingredients

  • 500 grams All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons Instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 300 milliliters Warm water
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 50 grams Sesame seeds
  • 150 grams Dairy-free cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tablespoons Nigella seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.

Step 2

Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the warm water and olive oil.

Step 3

Mix the ingredients until a soft dough forms, then knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
