  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 1 cup Refried beans (canned)
  • 6 Corn tortillas
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Fresh Romaine lettuce
  • 1 medium, diced Tomato
  • 0.25 cup, finely chopped Red onion
  • 1 sliced Avocado
  • 0.33 cup Vegan chipotle mayo

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking up the meat with a spoon.
