  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 12 pieces Small corn tortillas
  • 0.5 cup White onion, finely chopped
  • 3 pieces Radishes, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
  • 4 pieces Lime wedges, for serving

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, chopped cilantro, black pepper, and salt. Whisk the ingredients together to make the marinade.
