  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup Almond milk
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 0.5 cup Coconut cream (from a can of full-fat coconut milk)
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 0.25 teaspoon Sea salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan with coconut oil.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

In another bowl, mix the coconut sugar, applesauce, vanilla extract, almond milk, and melted coconut oil until well combined.
