  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 0.25 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan, then set it aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In another bowl, combine coconut milk, 3/4 cup of brown sugar, melted coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract. Mix until the ingredients are well-integrated.
