Ingredients

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Green cabbage
  • 0.5 medium Onion

  • 0.25 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the green cabbage and chop the onion. Finely chop the green onion and fresh cilantro and set them aside.

In a medium bowl, crack the eggs and beat them until the yolks and whites are fully combined. Stir in the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and turmeric powder.
