Ingredients

  • 1 medium head Cabbage
  • 3 large Carrots
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 sliced Green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the vegetables: Slice the cabbage into thin strips, peel and julienne the carrots, mince the garlic and ginger.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 3

Add the minced garlic and ginger to the hot oil and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 4

Add the sliced cabbage and carrots to the wok. Stir-fry for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are slightly tender.
