  • 4 Dairy-free burger buns
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Tomato
  • 0.5 Red onion
  • 4 tablespoons Dairy-free mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until the spices are evenly distributed in the meat.

Step 2

Divide the meat into four equal portions and shape each into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach the desired doneness. Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside.

While the patties are cooking, slice the tomato and red onion into thin rounds.
