Ingredients

  • 2 Garlic clove
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 4 Plum tomatoes
  • 10 Basil leaves
  • 200 grams Vegan mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the French baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices and place them on a baking sheet.

Peel the garlic cloves and cut them in half.

Brush the baguette slices with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and rub each slice with the cut side of the garlic.
