Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Baguette
  • 4 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 4 medium-sized Roma tomatoes
  • 12 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 8 slices Prosciutto
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices, about 12-16 pieces.

Step 3

Place the slices on a baking sheet and brush the tops with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Toast the baguette slices in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes or until they are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
