Directions

Step 1

Begin by prepping your broccoli. Rinse the broccoli heads under cold water and cut them into florets.

Step 2

Bring about 2 inches of water to a boil in a large pot fitted with a steamer basket. Place the broccoli florets into the basket, cover, and steam for about 5-7 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender but still vibrant green. Remove from heat and set aside.
