Ingredients

  • 150 grams Almond flour
  • 50 grams Oat flour
  • 60 grams Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 350 grams Fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons Maple syrup

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the almond flour, oat flour, and sea salt. Mix well.

Step 3

Add melted coconut oil and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.

Step 4

Press the dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch tart pan to form the crust.
