Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds Ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 slices Dairy-free cheddar cheese slices
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 8 slices Pickles
  • 4 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard
  • 4 tablespoons Vegan mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and vegan Worcestershire sauce. Mix well using your hands until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.

Step 2

Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 3/4-inch thick.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the beef patties to the skillet.

Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on the first side, until they develop a good sear. Flip the patties and immediately top each with a slice of dairy-free cheddar cheese.
