Ingredients

  • 500 grams All-purpose flour
  • 10 grams Active dry yeast
  • 15 grams Granulated sugar
  • 10 grams Salt
  • 300 milliliters Warm water
  • 30 milliliters Olive oil
  • 20 grams Sesame seeds
  • 15 grams Poppy seeds
  • 10 grams Dried minced garlic
  • 10 grams Dried minced onion
  • 5 grams Sea salt flakes

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Stir lightly and let sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.

Step 2

Add the flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.

Step 3

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Step 4

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
