  • 8 medium, dairy-free Tortillas
  • 0.25 cup, chopped Fresh cilantro
  • 0.5 cup Salsa
  • 1 sliced Avocado
  • 1 cut into wedges Lime

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
