  • 12 small corn tortillas
  • 1.5 cups dairy-free cheese shreds
  • 0.25 cup chopped cilantro, for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
