  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Pita bread
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Tahini
  • 3 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and garlic. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground paprika, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well by hand until all the ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
