Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Take the ribeye steak and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes.
While the steak is resting, slice the red onion and green bell pepper into thin strips. Slice the mushrooms if not already done.
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until slightly softened.
Thinly slice the rested steak against the grain into bite-sized pieces.
Place the dairy-free pizza dough onto a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
Top with the sautéed vegetables, steak slices, and sprinkle the dairy-free mozzarella-style shreds over the top.
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese has melted.
Once done, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro.
