  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup BBQ sauce (dairy-free)
  • 4 pieces Large tortillas (dairy-free)
  • 2 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 0.5 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup Cucumber, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Brush both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Step 3

Place the chicken on the preheated grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is cooked through.
