  • 1 large, grated Carrot
  • 0.5 cup, chopped Cilantro
  • 1 large, sliced Avocado
  • 0.5 cup Dairy-free mayonnaise
  • 1 small, seeded and minced Jalapeño
  • 2 stalks, chopped Green onion

Directions

Step 1

1. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
