  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the scrambled tofu. Drain the tofu and crumble it into small pieces with your hands or a fork.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine the nutritional yeast, turmeric powder, black salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the crumbled tofu and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
