  • 2 slices Dairy-free cheese slices

  • 1 cup Spinach leaves

Directions

Step 1

Begin by cooking the bacon. Place the 4 bacon strips in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cook the bacon until crispy on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Once done, remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.

While the bacon is cooking, cut the bagels in half and lightly toast them in a toaster or oven until golden brown.

In the same skillet, remove excess bacon grease, leaving about 1 tablespoon.
