  • 4 pieces Large flour tortillas (dairy-free)
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 0.5 small Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Dairy-free ranch dressing

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the chicken. Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and use a meat mallet to flatten them to even thickness, about 1/2 inch.

In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
