  • 0.25 teaspoons Cayenne pepper
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Tahini
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 4 pieces Flatbreads
  • 2 medium Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 large Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 small Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, ground turmeric, ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
