  • 0.5 cup Dairy-free chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the solid coconut oil and granulated sugar together using an electric mixer until creamy, about 3 minutes.
