  • 0.5 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 can (about 11 oz) dairy-free sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 1 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans
  • 0.5 cup dairy-free butterscotch chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan lightly with coconut oil.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted coconut oil until fully combined.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to create an even layer.

Pour the dairy-free sweetened condensed coconut milk evenly over the crust.
