  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (coriander leaves)
  • 1 Lime

Directions

Step 1

Dice the aubergine into 1-inch cubes, slice the mushrooms, and finely chop the onion. Mince the garlic and ginger.
