  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 2 teaspoons Curry powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground turmeric
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil.

Step 2

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Step 3

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the curry powder, ground turmeric, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon olive oil until smooth.
