  • 2 teaspoons Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 sheet Pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 large Egg, beaten

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until lightly browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
