  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 4 pieces large flour tortillas
  • 4 pieces lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup tomato, diced
  • 0.5 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, curry powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Place the seasoned chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
