  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 4 medium Tomatoes, diced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the mustard seeds and let them pop for about 30 seconds.

Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
