  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Remove the leaves and trim the stem of the cauliflower so it can sit flat, but ensure the head stays intact.
