Ingredients

  • 300 grams rotini pasta
  • 120 grams mayonnaise
  • 60 grams plain yogurt

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 medium carrot, shredded
  • 2 pieces celery stalk, diced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
  • 3 stalks green onions, sliced
  • 50 grams raisins
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, curry powder, honey, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
