Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1.5 teaspoons Curry powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Peel the garlic cloves and place them on a small piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap tightly into a small pouch.

Roast the garlic pouch in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the garlic is soft and golden brown.
