Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing all the ingredients. Finely chop the onion, mince the garlic, and grate the ginger. Measure out all the spices for ease during cooking.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium heat. Once the oil is shimmering, add the finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 4-5 minutes.
